Return Policy

We want you to love your LuxMed scrubs. If something isn't right, you can return eligible items within 7 days of delivery.

Conditions for Return

• Item must be unworn, unwashed and free of odour or stains.
• Original packaging and all tags must still be attached.
• Return request made within 7 days of the delivery date.
• Proof of purchase (order number) provided.

How to Return an Item

• Contact our support team via the Contact page or WhatsApp with your order number and reason for return.
• We'll confirm eligibility and share return instructions / a return label where applicable.
• Pack the item securely and ship it back using the instructions provided.
• Once received and inspected, your refund is processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method (or store credit for COD orders).

Non-Returnable Items

• Items marked as final sale or clearance.
• Worn, washed or altered garments.
• Gift cards.
