Products & Pricing

All prices are listed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and are subject to change without notice. We make every effort to display accurate pricing and product information, but errors may occasionally occur — in such cases we will contact you before processing the order.

Payment Terms

We accept Cash on Delivery (COD) and digital payments via JazzCash, EasyPaisa and card (where enabled). Orders are only confirmed once payment is received (for digital methods) or upon successful placement (for COD).

Returns & Refunds

Unworn items in original condition may be returned within 7 days of delivery. See our Return Policy for eligibility and process.

Limitation of Liability

LuxMed is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website, to the fullest extent permitted by law. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have under the Consumer Protection Act applicable in your province of Pakistan.
